Halifax RCMP and fire crews are on the scene of crash along Highway 107 near Mineville Road and Lake Echo.
Police say the crash happened near Exit 18, and the road is closed between Exit 17, near Salmon River in Preston, to Exit 18.
Little information is available yet, but police say the road will be closed for some time.
They ask drivers to avoid the area and to use alternate routes.
