About 1,000 people in Yarmouth County were without power overnight.
An outage was reported in Carleton, Pleasant Valley, Kemptville, East Kemptville, Forest Glen and Richfield.
It began around 2:40 a.m, Nova Scotia Power restored it around around 4:45 a.m.
