Harvest Fest gets underway in Riverview

By Tara Clow Sep 19, 2025 | 12:56 PM

Fall officially arrives on Monday.

Residents in Riverview and surrounding areas are coming together from Friday to Sunday to take part in Harvest Fest, a celebration that helps to welcome the season.

Spokesperson Ashly Barron says they hold Harvest Fest each year in September, “This is our 16th annual Harvest Fest. This is something we celebrate every year in September. It’s kind of a celebration of the harvest season. So it has everything from workshops and crafts to activities for all ages, and that all kind of culminates into Family Fun Day on Sunday, September 21.”

All of the events are posted on the Town of Riverview website. Family Fun Day is free, but some of the activities do require registration.

“The feeling of having these festivals and events happening throughout the year really does bring our community together. People travel across the bridges and travel from beyond to spend some time with family and friends. It really does bring that small-town feel, that sense of community,” Barron added.
