RCMP have arrested one man following a police operation that closed part of Highway 7 in Lake Echo early Wednesday morning.
The highway was shut down between Churchlake Drive and Bluerock Road as officers executed a search warrant connected to an ongoing investigation.
The closure has since been lifted, and traffic is flowing normally.
Investigators remain at the scene to collect evidence, but police say there is no risk to public safety.
RCMP have not released details about the investigation or the charges the man may face.
