Halifax Regional Police say the lost firearm magazine with ammunition has been found.
Police reported on Monday the magazine went missing from an on-duty officer’s pistol after it fell Sunday night and that a search was underway.
In an update on Tuesday morning, the HRP says it was located in a police vehicle.
They remind people it’s illegal to own police-issued equipment, and you could face charges.
