A man from New Glasgow is dead after a crash in Pictou County.
RCMP say it happened Saturday around 10 p.m. on Highway 4 between Woodburn and Old Pine Tree Roads.
The vehicle left the road and hit a tree.
The 18-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The two passengers, a 16-year-old boy from Pictou County and 19-year-old woman from New Glasgow, were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The highway was shut down for several hours.
