Seventeen medals for Team New Brunswick, five gold, seven silver and five bronze.
The athletes returned home after the Canada Summer Games held in St. John’s, Newfoundland.
The Games were held over the past two weeks.
Gold medals went to Dante Cormier, two, 100 metre and 400 metre men’s wheelchair events; Christel Robichaud, women’s para shot put, Shelby MacIsaac, women’s 400 metre hurdles; and Pepper Pepperdine, women’s 90 kg. wrestling category.
Silver were awarded to Dante Cormier, 1500 metre men’s wheelchair event; Christel Robichaud, women’s para discus; Max Mazerolle, men’s decathlon; Remi Ouellette, men’s para discus; Audrée LeBlanc, women’s shot put; Shelby MacIsaac, women’s 800 metre; and Molly Flynn, women’s road race cycling event, and the bronze to Jackson Banks, men’s 200 metre; Remi Ouellette, men’s para shot put; Molly Flynn, women’s road race cycling criterium; Chloe Richardson, women’s 73 kg. wrestling category; and Zachary Newman, men’s 100 metre breaststroke.
Athletics achieved 12 medals, which is the team’s highest-ever medal Canada Games appearance.

Team New Brunswick was represented by 355 athletes supported by 106 coaches, managers, technical staff and mission team members and competed in artistic swimming, athletics, baseball, basketball, beach volleyball, box lacrosse, canoe kayak, cycling (road and mountain bike), golf, rugby sevens, sailing, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, volleyball and wrestling.
The Games, which alternate every two years between summer and winter games, are one of the largest multi-sport events held in the country. The 2027 Canada Winter Games will be held in Quebec City, Quebec, from February 27 to March 14, 2027.
The next Canada Summer Games will be held in Moncton and the Saint John Region in 2029.
