A perfect start to the Canada Games for Nova Scotia’s women’s baseball team.

They are 4-0 so far in St. John’s, with wins over Saskatchewan, PEI, Manitoba and New Brunswick.

They’ll play Alberta in the semifinal on Saturday at 2:30, the medal games take place on Sunday.

Nova Scotia features three players from Yarmouth: Maddie Gates, Ellie Pyne and Anna Murphy.

It’s the first time women’s baseball has been included at the games.
