Two men are facing charges after an ATV was stolen from a home in North Range.
Digby RCMP say it was July 17 when they received a report of a break and enter from a residence on North Range Cross Road where an ATV was taken.
The next day, the side-by-side was found in the 100 block of Ridge Road, after officers searched the property.
A 22-year-old man is charged with:
- Breaking, Entering and Committing
- Theft of Other Motor Vehicle
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000.00
- Fail to Comply Probation Order
A 34-year-old man is charged with:
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000.00
The two suspects, both from North Range, remain in custody until future court dates.
