Fort Frances is going to make another effort to look at the potential of developing an off-lease dog park.
Council is directing administration to bring forward a report that explores the process and the creation of an advisory committee.
The move is in response to a recent request.
There is no date as to when the findings will come back to council.
The town created a similar committee in 2012 that identified several potential areas.
Council of the time did not investigate further, citing the need to focus on other priorities.
Some of those sites identified in the 2012 report included the former East End Hall property and near the water tower.
Those areas have been developed and are no longer available.
