A sinkhole has opened on a Halifax street.
It caused delays on Hollis Street Thursday morning.
Police say Halifax Water is on scene to assess and repair, they are controlling the area.
Traffic is open on Hollis Street to pedestrians, bicyclists and motorists, except for tractor trailers and Halifax Transit who are being diverted at Upper Water Street.
