Improvement to the air quality situation across northwestern Ontario.
Special air quality statements that were in effect have now ended.
Environment Canada issued the alerts early Monday due to wildfire smoke.
The weather agency said the smoke was causing poor air quality throughout the region.
Officials at the national weather agency ended the alerts early Tuesday.
