Halifax wants feedback on proposed bike lanes in Clayton Park area

By Jacob Moore Jun 16, 2025 | 4:15 PM

You can voice your opinions on proposed bike lane projects in Halifax on Wednesday.

The city is holding feedback sessions from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. for designs on Parkland and Regency Park drives, in the Clayton Park area, according to a news release.

The protected lanes would take over some of the street’s parking spaces.

The lanes will connect key neighbourhood destinations like Belchers March, the Canada Games Centre,
as well as the Keshen Goodman Library and Halifax West High School.

The city hopes to use the feedback in its functional plan, which they say will be complete by August 2025.
