A Dartmouth school will be closed today due to flooding.

The Halifax Regional Centre for Education says Shannon Park Elementary is closed for clean up and restoration.

A broken pipe caused the flood.

Families have been notified that EXCEL before and after school programs are also cancelled at the school today.
