The Split the Pot Lottery that supports hospitals accross the province is expanding into convenience stores in the Thnder Bay Region.

“We’re thrilled to introduce the Split the Pot Lottery in convenience stores across Thunder Bay in support of St. Joseph’s Foundation of Thunder Bay,” said President & CEO of the St. Joseph’s  Foundation Gail Brescia. “Every ticket purchased contributes to vital medical equipment, including IV pumps, vital signs monitors, physiotherapy tools, and Hoyer lifts—enhancing care in rehabilitation, long-term care, and mental health programs.”

“Beyond equipment, the Foundation ensures client-focused support, including blankets, personal care items and mobility aids, offering enhanced personal support, helping clients experience greater comfort, dignity, and independence in their daily lives. Your participation directly supports St. Joseph’s Care Group in providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare throughout the region.”

Split the Pot Lottery has been running online since October 2023 and has raised over $17,000 for St. Joseph’s Foundation of Thunder Bay since joining the program in August 2024.
