Halifax police responded to an incident at the Armdale Rotary, where a man was seen walking around in the roundabout and sitting on top of a stopped car, based on footage from the Nova Scotia Webcams site.
It’s unclear what exactly happened, but officers cleared the roundabout just a few minutes before 5 p.m.
