A man has been charged with murder in Bible Hill.
It’s related to the sudden death of a 32-year-old woman last September.
RCMP believed her death was suspicious, and later arrested a 31-year-old man.
He was then released without charges.
On Monday, the same man was charged with first-degree murder as a result of intimate partner violence.
In a release, the Northeast Nova Major Crime Unit said the investigation was complex and took a lot of forensic evidence and witness interviews.
The man appeared in court in Truro on Tuesday and remains in custody.
