Goaltending was key in the Yarmouth Mariners weekend road games.
Keegan Warren made 60 saves in a 4-1 loss to Summerside on Saturday.
Carter Arnold followed up with a 50 save victory on Sunday afternoon, 5-2 over the Pictou County Crushers.
Ludovik Tardif had two goals in the Sunday win.
Now the Mariners will prepare for their final two games of the season.
They host Summerside on Saturday night and the Crushers Sunday afternoon at Mariners Centre.
The Mariners’ 20-year-old graduating players will be honoured on Sunday.
Yarmouth will miss the MHL playoffs for the first time since 2016.
