A mock vote as part of the Student Vote Program, gives the PCs a minority government.

More than 1,800 schools and 240,000 elementary and high school students participated, running parallel elections to the provincial one.

Within the student vote, the PCs won 53 seats and received 24.1% of the popular vote.
