The Yarmouth Mariners are still alive.

A hat-trick from captain Keefe Marshall powered them to a 4-1 win over the Bearcats in Truro on Tuesday.

Keegan Warren was great in net, turning aside 36 shots.

That kept the Mariners in the playoff race, they have four games left and are seven points behind Pictou County for the last playoff spot.

The Crushers have five games remaining, their next game is Thursday night against the Valley Wildcats.

The Mariners need to win out and have Pictou lose their remaining games.
