Fuelling up is going to cost you even more this week.

The Energy and Utilities Board made its weekly price adjustments overnight.

If you use regular self-serve, the maximum price increased by 4.0 cents to around $1.67.

Diesel saw even bigger hikes.  Prices are up by 7.2 cents a litre to a maximum of $1.94.

Furnace oil is also costing you more.  It increased by 6.8 cents a litre to a maximum of $1.61.

In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.66 to $1.70 per litre, while diesel sells for between $1.97 and $2.01 per litre.

On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.75 per litre, diesel costs around $2.03 per litre, and home heating oil sells for a maximum of $1.42 per litre.
