The suspicious death of a woman in Bible Hill is being investigated as a homicide under the province’s major crimes unit.

RCMP say it was on the morning of January 3 when they responded to a wellbeing check at a home on Bomber Drive.

They found the 42-year-old woman dead and an unconscious man who was taken to hospital.

Investigators say there is no evidence to suggest a risk to the public or that the homicide was an incident of intimate partner violence.
