Information needed after fatal crash in Halls Creek

RCMP are now looking for security, dash or doorbell camera footage after a vehicle plunged into Halls Creek in Moncton this week.

A 33-year-old man and a 24-year-old man died after a car left the road and was reported in the water on Tuesday morning.

It was found submerged next to Church Street and Clement-Cormier Street in Moncton.

Autopsies have been scheduled to determine the men’s exact causes of death.

Anyone who was travelling in, or who resides in the area and may have security camera, dash or doorbell cam footage between 6 p.m. on Monday and 9 a.m. on Tuesday is asked to contact police. If you have information that could assist investigators, you’re asked to contact Codiac Regional RCMP at 506-857-2400.
