Four Thunder Bay skiers have been selected to represent Team Canada at the 2025 FISU World University Games.

Brooke Ailey, Sarah Cullinan, Nicholas Randall and Alexander Randall have been named to the team.

The games are being held in Turin, Italy, with the exception of cross-country skiing which is taking place in Pragelato, Italy.

Ailey is a Lappe Nordic athlete attending and competing for Nipissing University in North Bay.

Cullinan, a Big Thunder Nordic athlete, attends and competes for the University of Calgary and trains with the Alberta World Cup Academy in Canmore.

Both Randalls are Big Thunder teammates representing the Lakehead University Thunderwolves.

The athletes earned their spots on the team in the selection races held in Sovereign Lake, British Columbia and Cantley, Quebec.

The games are taking place from January 13 to 23.
