The Thunder Bay Regional Health Science Foundation is warning about a scam that is going around.

People are being contacted claiming to represent Thunder Bay 50/50 and asking for credit card information to purchase tickets.

The Foundation says these calls are not from Thunder Bay 50/50 and they will never call asking for this information.

The scam phone calls come from British Columbia area code 778.

Thunder Bay 50/50 asks not to provide any personal or payment information and report the incident to them immediately.
