Very small increases in N.B. fuel pump prices

There was very little change in gas prices this week.

The Energy and Utilities Board made its price adjustments overnight.

The maximum cost for regular self-service is up just 0.7 cents a litre to around $1.61.

Diesel prices rose by 0.5 cents a litre to around $1.77.

Furnace oil increased by 0.2 to $1.46.

In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.58 to $1.62 per litre while diesel is selling for between $1.72 and $1.76 per litre.

On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.63 per litre, diesel costs around $1.80 per litre and home heating oil is selling for a maximum of $1.22 per litre.

The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board adjusts prices every Friday at 12:01 a.m.
