Provincial funding for a trail in Digby County.
The Belliveau Cove Trail will get over $152,000 for climate change upgrades.
Digby-Annapolis MLA Jill Balser says it’s for community-led action to protect a popular part of the regions’ coastline.
The Belliveau Cove Development Commission will carry out the work on the five kilometre stretch.
They plan to add five new bridges, widen canal gaps and raise low parts of the trail.
