If you are eager to sign up your child for the new provincial school lunch program, the province has now opened it up for dozens of more schools.
This includes the Tri-Counties, south shore, the strait region and the Halifax area.

The program kicked off in the Cape Breton area earlier this month and according to Education Minister Becky Druhan, it was a ‘roaring success’.
Meals will be served everywhere by October 28.
