Thunder Bay is launching a new survey to get feedback on parks and open spaces assets and services.

This comes as the city moves through the process of updating its Asset Management Plan.

“Gathering feedback from residents on what levels of service are expected from the infrastructure owned and operated by the City is an important part of developing the Asset Management Plan,” explains Project Manager Amy Coomes. “This information helps us to better understand their experiences, concerns and needs, and to manage our infrastructure assets to address those concerns and meet those needs, while also planning for the service requirements of the future.”

Survey results will be compiled and used to inform the Asset Management Plan.

The city says the survey should only take roughly five to 10 minutes to complete.

Surveys can be filled out here, and paper copies can be completed at Thunder Bay Library locations.
