Not much change is expected at the fuel pumps this week in New Brunswick.

An industry source says gasoline prices should remain essentially unchanged on Thursday night.

Diesel prices are expected to fall but only by less than one cent per litre.

Currently, New Brunswickers are paying a maximum of $1.72 per litre for regular self-serve, $1.74 per litre for diesel, and $1.44 per litre for home heating oil.

In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.71 to $1.75 per litre while diesel is selling for between $1.72 and $1.76 per litre.

On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.76 per litre, diesel costs around $1.81 per litre, and home heating oil is selling for a maximum of $1.26 per litre.
