There has been an increased police presence near Thompson Station in Cumberland County.
RCMP posted on X just after 5 a.m. on Wednesday that officers were executing search warrants on Highway 204 in Birchwood and on Hansford Road in Hansford.
They said there is no risk to public safety at this time.
The Mounties advised people to avoid both areas.
