Construction for the Active Transportation Trail in the town of Antigonish

The town says it’s Tuesday, on West Street.

A detour is in place for outbound traffic coming from downtown to Highland Drive and Fairview Street.

The town says if you are driving or even walking in the area, to use caution.

The trail is an initiative by all three levels of government that will be a 2 km transportation spine to promote healthy and active lifestyles.
