The case of two men charged in a 2022 murder was in Digby Provincial Court.
Both Tyler Langford and Dillon Deveau are due back in court on August 15 to set future dates.
They’re charged with murdering 64-year-old Vernon Doucet in Concession.
He died in hospital after a violent home invasion.
Deveau is already facing charges for another murder in Pinkney’s Point a few weeks later.
His trial for that case is scheduled in January.
