Two people have been arrested after a stabbing in Cumberland County.
RCMP say a 50-year-old male witness who attempted to stop a driver and passenger from leaving a collision in Springhill was stabbed Monday morning.
EHS transported him to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers found and arrested the suspects Tuesday.
A 22-year-old man has been charged with weapons offences and has been remanded into custody. He’ll appear in court next week.
A 31-year-old woman was released to appear in court in August. She’s facing charges of failing to stop after an accident and possession of property obtained by crime.
