The vacancy on Fort Frances town council will be filled tonight.

Kaleb Firth will replace David Kircher, who resigned last month following a scathing Integrity Commissioner’s report into violations of the Council Code of Conduct.

Firth was a candidate in the 2022 municipal election.

He is expected to take his seat at the council table after council officially accepts his appointment and he takes the oath of office.

Firth is the owner of the property management firm Northern Sky Solutions.
