Organizers of the Fort Frances Sports Hall of Fame are preparing for their next induction ceremony.

It will take place in August 2025.

The committee is now welcoming nominations of athletes, builders and teams.
The deadline for nominations is October 15, 2024.

Nominations submitted for ceremonies in 2019 and 2022 but not selected will also be considered.

Forms are available at a variety of locations, including the Hall of Fame’s Facebook page, the Memorial Sports Centre, La Place Rendezvous, Seven Generations Educational Institute, Taggs Source for Sports, West End Motors and Westland Insurance.

The Fort Frances Sports Hall of Fame was founded in 2012

Since its inaugural induction event in 2015, 14 athletes, 19 builders and 9 teams have been honoured.

The inductee’s plaques can be viewed on the Hall of Fame Facebook page and at the Memorial Sports Centre.
