A tractor-trailer fire is causing traffic disruptions in Dartmouth.
Halifax Regional Police posted on X just after 8 a.m. Wednesday regarding closures on Burnside Drive between Highfield Park Drive and Wright Avenue, as well as Commodore Drive between Ilsley Avenue and Eileen Stubbs Avenue due to a vehicle fire.
According to an update at about 10:15 a.m., Halifax Regional Police were assisting Halifax Regional Fire on the scene of the fire.
Burnside Drive northbound to Highway 111 and Wright Avenue southbound are both shut down for cleaning. Please use alternate routes to avoid delays.
