Greystone Energy Systems, an HVAC company based in Moncton, has announced plans for a new facility in the Desbrisay Avenue area.

President and CEO Robin Drummond said the relocation was needed due to outgrowing their English Drive site, where they have been located for nearly 40 years.

Drummond added the new building is being constructed to support Greystone’s growing market position as a global leader in the supply of peripheral devices to the HVAC industry.

“We have conscientiously established a worldwide reputation as an industry leader by maintaining leading-edge design technology, prompt technical support, and a commitment to on-time deliveries, this current investment is the next step in our ongoing commitment to better service our growing worldwide customer base,” said Drummond.

The new facility will include 37,000 square feet of modern office space on two floors with many employee-centric amenities including a gym, cafeteria, multi-denominational prayer room, training and demonstration centre, and outdoor patio area.

Additionally, this new facility will have 41,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehousing space and could add another 41,000 square feet on the same site as needed.

Completion is planned for early 2025.
