The City of Thunder Bay is helping out residents who want to tidy up their lawn.

Spring leaf and yard waste collection will take place over the next couple of weeks.

Collection will take place on your recycling day.

Also, the yard waste must be put into Kraft paper bags, but there is no limit on the number of bags you can put out.

There will be weight restrictions though.

The leaf and yard waste will taken to the Waste and Recycling facility and made into compost.

Collection will run from May 21st the 31st.
