It is shaping up to be a busy Victoria Day long weekend in the community of Saint Andrews.

Thousands are expected to descend on the town for the Paddlefest music and nature festival.

More than 40 acts are set to perform at several venues throughout the community over the weekend.

Headliners include Jenn Grant, Ariel Posen, Boy Golden and Julian Taylor, plus New Brunswick favourites like Jessica Rhaye, Wolf Castle, Kylie Fox, Ross Neilsen, Motherhood, and Brent Mason.

There are also a number of community events and outdoor activities taking place.

They include the Wharfbound Trail Run, kayaking, yoga, dragon boating, the annual Paddlefest Artist Market, and kids events.
