A Fort Frances couple is the latest winner of Riverside Foundation for Health Care’s 50/50 cash lottery.

Karen and Richard Rob take home $10,368, with the same amount going to the Foundation.

They have not indicated exactly what they will do with their winnings.

The Robs have been dedicated supporters of the draws, purchasing tickets for every one since their inception in 2020.

They have already bought their tickets for May’s draw.

A special prize is being added to this month’s cash lottery.

A $3,500 fishing package will be up for grabs as part of early bird draws that take place.

All tickets purchased before 11 a.m. on Friday, May 17th will be eligible for the prize that includes lodging at Manitou Weather Station Fishing Lodge for three nights, meals and guided fishing for two days.

All money raised by the cash draws go toward the purchase of new medical equipment and patient supports for hospitals operated by Riverside Health Care.
