Storm look for first win at Maritime tournament

The Southwest Storm are back in action at the Maritime Junior C championship Friday.

They’re taking on the Pownal Ice Dogs in their third game of the tournament.

The Storm fell 11-2 to Tri County, New Brunswick in their second game Thursday after losing their event opener.

They have yet to record a win at the tournament in Miramichi.

The Storm are the defending champions of the event, and found out they were awarded the 2025 Maritime Junior C championships in Barrington.
