UPDATE: Man wanted on Canada-wide warrant arrested

A man accused of killing a man at a Millbrook First Nation home has been arrested in Québec.

RCMP say he was originally from Montréal and fled Nova Scotia immediately following the July 2021 murder of Douglas Knockwood.

Police added him to Canada’s Top 25 Most Wanted List on April 23rd.

The Mounties arrested him in Montréal on April 26th.

He will appear in court in Truro on May 7th.
