A 34-year-old Dryden resident is facing drug trafficking charges following an Ontario Provincial Police investigation.

On Wednesday officers executed a search warrant at a residence on Casimir Avenue in Dryden.

During the search suspected drugs, including cocaine, and other items associated with drug trafficking were discovered and seized.

This led to the arrest of the accused who has since been released with a future court date.
