You can expect operations to fully return to normal, Monday at the QEII.
It comes after two watermain breaks Wednesday and Thursday at the hospital.
All elective and non-emergency surgeries were cancelled.
Heat and running water were restored Thursday after being disrupted in all buildings including the Halifax Infirmary, Veterans Memorial Building, Abbie J. Lane and the power plant.
Nova Scotia Health (NSH) says fire suppression capabilities are still reduced but enhanced monitoring is in place.
NSH says visitors are once again allowed as of Friday afternoon.
