Kenora’s Police Services Board is going to be expanded.

As of April 1st, it will go from a five member board to seven members.

The City of Kenora is currently seeking anyone who might be interest in sitting on the new board.

Under the Comprehensive Police Services Act, three members will come from city council, three others will be appointed by council, and one will be a provincial appointee.

Anyone interested in applying to sit on the board, is asked to apply no later than March 15th.
