Full-time faculty, librarians and lab instructors will return to work Wednesday.

Vice-President of Administration, Isabelle Nault says members of the Mount Saint Vincent Faculty Association voted in favour, Tuesday, of the tentative agreement reached with the Board of Governors.

This comes just over three weeks after full-time faculty, lab instructors and librarians walked off the job, after months of negotiations between the two sides.

The Association says they were looking for a fair deal that not only includes equity, diversity and inclusion but also focuses on pay and working conditions.

The strike began February 12.
