A man has been charged with assault with a weapon following an incident in Lower Sackville.
Tuesday around 5pm, RCMP responded to a report that a man armed with a bat had assaulted another following an argument at a ball field on Cobequid Road.
Police say the two know each other.
The 38-year-old man was not seriously injured.
Officers arrested a 37-year-old man at the scene.
He was held in custody and released on conditions to appear in court on April 3rd.
