RCMP have charged a man with attempted murder and other offenses after multiple assaults on Paqtnkek First Nation.
On Friday morning, police arrested a 41-year-old man after five people were injured inside a home on Treaty Lane Extension.
The victims were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
They knew the suspect.
The Mounties say the accused has been remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in Antigonish Provincial Court Wednesday morning.
