In light of last months bombshell announcement that Bearskin Airlines would be ceasing its operations in Dryden, Kenora and Fort Frances a new survey has been launched to determine demand for other carriers.

The survey focuses on personal, leisure and business travel for the region and is open to Fort Frances and Dryden residents, as Kenora has opted to try and secure a carrier for its airport on its own.

It is being conducted through the consulting firm Explorer Solutions, owned by The Loomix Group, which also runs operations at the Dryden Regional Airport.

Respondents are asked to be as precise as possible and the firm stresses your responses will be confidential and grouped together to evaluate the overall demand to support an air service strategy.

The survey will be available until February 29th and can be found here.
